Radisson Udaipur

The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. Particularly hotel employee who helped us with everything from booking taxis to letting us know the best places to visit for shopping and site seeing. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good and pleasant. There is no valet parking nor proper parking facility. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay in Udaipur.

Known brand and location was not too far from the lake.

Service in the restaurant was very slow. Property felt quite a bit run down for 4 stars. Rooms were very heavily scented … the type to give it a fresh clean smell. Mistake or masking something? I got a headache.

There was nothing to like about, very poor standards.

Not sure if it was 3 or 4 or 5 stars hotel as this Radisson had dropped its standards in quality. The management needs to be sacked on the spot . Reception staff was fake , didn’t have a genuine customer service. Reception toilets were pathetic, smelted like to an Indian Public toilets. Rooms were okay, bathrooms were clean and had hot water. Towels were hard, off white , didn’t want to use them but had no choice. Air conditioner was functional. Room service was okay. Breakfast was terrible, very poor choice or hardly had any choice of food. Utensils were dirty. Food hygiene standards were very poor. Juice containers were not cleaned for ages , didn’t had courage to drink from them. Paid 8600 rupees per night but didn’t expect this poor service from Radisson. I will not stay here again.
